Event Management

Adding an event to your online calendar is as easy as filling out a form:

• Enter a title and event details
• Choose the date and times for the event
• Choose when to post the event to your calendar, and when to remove it
• Upload an accompanying file or photo
• Tag the event if required

Press the save button, and you're done! Site Caddy will automatically display the event in the appropriate calendars, and remove it from the site when it expires. The process takes only minutes.

Filter Events

On one site you might want to have multiple event diaries or calendars on different pages. For example, a public-facing calendar for guests, and a member-only calendar that is password protected. No problem with Site Caddy — simply tag the event and Site Caddy will take care of the rest.

Choose Your Display

Site Caddy provides a number of options for displaying your events, including lists, tables and calendars. Choose the appropriate option wherever you display your events. You can also choose to display a small event calendar widget in a selected area on every page of your site.

Accept RSVPs Online

Keeping track of event responses can be time consuming and error prone. Use Site Caddy's event management system to:
