Take control of your golf site!

Site Caddy is a self-service and affordable solution for promoting your golf business using the power of the internet.

Support and Training

Ease of Use

Site Caddy is bulit for golfers — we don't expect you to be a techie, a teenager, or to know what HTML is. We believe a website is most effective when it's managed by our clients, because no one knows your Club, members and customers better than you do.

Our goal is to make Site Caddy so easy to use that our first time customers don't even need a single minute of training or a solitary help page — just log in and get going! We may never completely achieve that goal, but many of our clients start posting golf results, accepting payments, importing members and sending text messages before even a single training session or support call. It's that easy.

If you can surf the web, fill out a form, and send an e-mail... then you have all the skills you need to use Site Caddy.

Support via Phone and E-Mail

Site Caddy clients have a variety of support options available at all times:

  • Phone to Dublin support centre
  • E-Mail to dedicated support address
  • Secure support request ticketing system so each issue or request can be tracked through to resolution

And since 2011 is our "Year of Customer Support" we'll be rolling out more support options for our clients including:

  • Online chat support via your online account
  • Online user groups where clients can compare notes together
  • Moderated discussion forums
  • New search feature in help site

And in 2011 we'll really be putting the Caddy back in Site Caddy — with a recommendation system that will advise you on what parts of your online sales and marketing need the most attention right now.  If you only have 5 minutes to work on your website today, let the Caddy pick a task!

Site Caddy offers the latest technology when you want it, but friendly personal support when you need it!

Help Pages Where You Need Them

Site Caddy is backed up by an extensive help site written in plain English with loads of illustrations and examples. And when you are logged into Site Caddy, you are always one click away from the help page that is most relevant to the task you are currently working with. No need to search through the whole help site to find what you need.

The help site also includes a detailed Getting Started guide where you'll learn all about Site Caddy's features at a "high level", with links to learn more about details when you need them.  This is a great place to start — and a great way to make new users familiar with the system

On-Location Training

For each new Site Caddy Golf Club account, we'll schedule a 2 hour introductory training session at your Golf Club. We'll focus on a general overview of the entire system, step through practical examples of the most commonly used features, and work with your team on synching your member data with your Site Caddy account.  By the end of this session, your team will be ready to take over.

Additional on-site training sessions are available on request at an additional charge.

Training Seminars

Site Caddy offers live 5-hour training seminars twice per year:

  • Early December: when the Club is quiet and the new committee is on board
  • Early April: refresher course when gearing up for the new season!

These seminars start with an overview of the basics and a refresher for new users, but move onto more advanced topics, strategy, and a look at new features coming online in the next 6 months. The sessions are interactive, with plenty of opportunities for questions and answers.

Sessions are typically offered in Dublin, Galway, and Cork/Limerick, with other locations available on demand.

Webinars and Video Tutorials

Site Caddy support staff host regular online training webinars on various topics, from Site Caddy refreshers, to demos of new features, and even including strategy and consulting. Simply follow the link we send via e-mail, ask questions or post comments during the session, and download the webinar after completion.

Remote Assistance

Some issues are difficult to diagnose, even over the phone. Site Caddy support staff have the ability (with your permission) to initiate a remote support session.  This allows our staff to view what's happening on your computer, or even allow clients to view our screen to provide demonstrations.
